You, your work and the room it’s made in.
For painters, sculptors, makers and designers. I spend time in your studio and come away with portraits of you, photos of you at work, the space itself, and clean photos of the finished pieces. One visit, everything your website, press kit and next show need.

Four kinds of picture from one visit
Portraits of you in your own space: at rest, at work and in conversation.
Hands, tools, paint and the moments in between, while you work as you normally do.
The studio itself, the light and how you have set it up.
Straight, colour-checked photos of finished pieces, ready for your website, a catalogue, press or sales.
A short film of you at work can be added: a minute for social, or a longer piece for your website or an exhibition.
Rod Cameron, painter
Rod paints palms, landscapes and dancers in thick, bright colour. We spent the session in his Berlin studio: portraits, Rod at the easel, the palette up close, and the finished canvases photographed straight. Rod chose sixteen frames for his feature in a major art magazine.

From the first call to the files
What the photos are for (website, catalogue, press, a show or sales) and which works to photograph.
Time in your studio while you work. I bring the light, and the visit fits around your day.
You see the photos and choose your favourites with me.
Edited portraits and process photos, plus a colour-checked file of each work. Timing is agreed when we plan.
