Shipping, payment and returns
For orders from this site: the Thermal Memories book and framed works from the shop. German version below each section. 1 · Shipping
We ship within Germany. The shipping and handling cost is shown before you pay. Orders are packed by hand and sent with [CARRIER].
Outside Germany: get in touch first and we will work out the cost together.

2 · Pick-up in Berlin
Choose pick-up in the order form and there is no shipping cost. We will arrange a time and place in Berlin by email.

3 · Payment
[PAYMENT METHODS: e.g. PayPal, card via Stripe, bank transfer]. Your order ships once payment has arrived.
4 · Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day you receive your order.
To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by the contact form, and send your order back unused. You pay the cost of sending it back. The refund is made once your order has arrived back with us.
Orders picked up in Berlin are bought in person, so this right does not apply to them.
5 · Prices and VAT
Prices are final prices. Under the small business rule (§ 19 UStG) no VAT is charged.
