Everything from one tour
I scaled the production to what the band needed: live session films with sound recorded on professional audio gear, films from the festival stage and behind the scenes, and the photographs to go with them.

Seven songs filmed in the Schillertheater foyer in Berlin, released one at a time.

Recorded on professional audio gear with the cameras, then mixed, mastered and released with the films.

Black Cat and Til The Death on the main stage at Rudolstadt, plus behind-the-scenes footage from backstage and the road.

The session and everything behind it: the road, getting ready, a storm, a radio session and the festival stage.
Seven songs, one session
Filmed and recorded in July 2024, released one song at a time from October 2025 to May 2026.

I scaled the production to what the band needed. We recorded the sound on professional audio gear alongside the cameras, so the session was more than a set of videos: the songs went to Australia to be mixed and mastered by Tomas Strode at Rolling Stock Recording Rooms in Collingwood, and were released with the films.

On the festival stage
Project lead and camera for the band’s shows at Rudolstadt Festival, one of Germany’s biggest roots and world music festivals. I also filmed behind the scenes, backstage and on the road.
From the road
The band’s photographs from the tour: the session in Berlin above, then Rudolstadt Festival, from arriving with the vans and getting ready backstage to playing through a storm, a live radio session, the shows on the main stage and the afternoon after.
ARRIVING
Vans, instruments and costumes, straight off the road.

GETTING READY
Make-up in the tents, soundcheck and the last minutes before the stage.

THE STORM
A huge storm hit and nearly called off the main-stage show. Everyone ran into the one building to get out of the rain, so the band played for them right there, and the room danced while the rain took everyone else out.

ON THE RADIO
Between shows, the band squeezed into a small studio and played live for the radio.

ON STAGE
The main stage in front of the old town, with the square full.

AFTER THE SHOW
On the grass and back in the festival grounds.
